If your vehicle doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Simply reach out to us within this period, and we'll walk you through a seamless, stress-free process.
You’re entitled to up to two exchanges during the 30 days, so you can find the perfect car for you. After the second exchange, the guarantee will no longer apply. To start a return or exchange, contact us by phone or email during our business hours, Monday through Saturday. We’ll handle all the details, including scheduling and paperwork.
Vehicles can be driven up to 400 miles during the 30-day period without extra charges. Exceeding this limit incurs a $1.00 fee per additional mile. If you decide to keep your vehicle, we’ll help you start the registration process.
Refundable fees will be returned within 10-15 business days if you opt for a return. Plus, each vehicle comes with a free 100-day or 4,189-mile limited warranty, ensuring your peace of mind.
